Three different trends have been linearly estimated, each trend corresponds to a separate major controller of a period:

1. red line -- soviet/communist slow diffusion of new, or not so new contraceptive methods
2. yellow line -- a period of government support to family planning programs coordinated by Russian Family Planning Association
3. green line -- most recent or Putin period of hard invasion of Russian Orthodox Church into so intimate area

follow updates -- I will calculate differentials in numbers of abortions
one thing is almost clear -- if RFPA was to continue the problem might be exhausted in 2005
